Discover the best in home, garden, and coastal living at this annual public event hosted by the Southport-Oak Island Area Chamber of Commerce. Meet local businesses who can help with projects big and small, find inspiration, and enjoy free giveaways from participating vendors.

This year’s move to fall makes it the perfect time to plan your next home update—or pick out unique holiday gifts!

This year's event will be held on Saturday, November 8th from 10am-1pm (Rain date Sunday, November 9th). Participation deadline to be included in brochure is Friday, October 10th.

Vendor Info: Open to all Chamber members and non-member businesses.
Fees: Chamber Members - $77. Non-Members- $206.
Food & Non-Profit Organizations: $52 members. $180 non-members.
Vendors will be assigned a 10x10 space. Bring your own tent, table and chairs. Electricity not available. Cancellation: No refunds after October 24, 2025.

Sponsorships: $515.00 and include one 10x10 space, business logo on the event poster, program and event webpage. (Deadline for sponsorships is August 25th).

Rain date: Sunday, November 9th from 10am-1pm.
