The Coastal Home and Lifestyle Showcase is held annually at Middleton Park Extension, 4610 E. Dolphin Drive, Oak Island. The Showcase is a public event organized by the Southport-Oak Island Area Chamber of Commerce to showcase our area business community who can assist you with all aspects of home, garden and coastal lifestyle. There will be many free giveaways provided by the participating businesses. This year's event will be held on Saturday, November 7th from 10am-1pm (Rain date Sunday, November 8th).

Vendor Info: Open to all Chamber members and non-member businesses. Space Application Deadline: October 8, 2026.
Fees: Chamber Members - $77.25. Non-Members- $206.
Food & Non-Profit Organizations: $51.50 members. $180.25 non-members.
Vendors will be assigned a 10x10 space. Bring your own tent, table and chairs. Electricity not available.

Sponsorships: $1,030.00 and include one 10x10 space, business name/logo on the event poster, event webpage and most advertising. (Sponsorship Deadline: August 24th)

Cancellation: No refunds after October 22nd.

Rain date: Sunday, November 8th from 10am-1pm.
