Executive Board Room Rental Amenities:
- Private Room.
- Seats up to 5 people.
- Available:Monday – Thursday between 9:00a.m. – 4:00p.m.
- Wi-Fi Available
- Restroom
- Copying/Printing:first 25 pages included..10 cents per copy after.
- Scan/Send Service: first 3 included.$1.00 per after.
- Reservations canceled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a 90% refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will receive a 50% refund.
- If the room is not left clean and in good condition, a cleaning and/or damage fee will be assessed
2026/27 Member Fee Schedule:

- Hourly:$10.30/hour
- Hourly Drop In Rate:(subject to availability):$15.45/hour
2026/27 Non Chamber Member Fee Schedule:
- Hourly:$20.60/hour
- Hourly Drop In Rate:(subject to availability):$30.90/hour
Reservation Guidelines
- Use of space must align with professional business purposes.
- Recurring reservations may be approved on a limited basis, depending on availability and Chamber needs.
- Non-members may request use of space at non-member rates, subject to approval.
Hours of Use
- Private office usage is limited to Chamber office hours. Monday thru Thursday between 9:00am-4:00pm.
Use of Space
- Renters are responsible for setting up and returning the space to its original condition.
- All equipment, furnishings, and technology must be used appropriately and respectfully.
- The Chamber is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Cleanliness & Damages
- Spaces must be left clean, orderly, and free of damage.
- A cleaning and/or repair fee will be assessed if the room or office is not returned in acceptable condition.
Conduct
- All users are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.
- The Chamber reserves the right to deny or revoke access to any individual or organization that does not adhere to these policies.
